Description

This activity is supported by an independent education grant from Genmab. This online education program has been designed solely for healthcare professionals in the USA. The information in this program is not suitable for any other country.

Join leading expert Dr. Tara Graff for this accredited virtual workshop. Designed around real-world clinical delivery, this interactive workshop examines the practical journey from writing a bispecific antibody prescription to safely administering the first dose in community practice. Through faculty-led case discussions and real-time decision-making exercises, participants will explore the implementation of standardized step-up dosing protocols, treatment initiation planning, premedication regimens, mandatory hospitalization/observation considerations, patient/caregiver readiness evaluations, and the operational workflows required to support safe outpatient administration.

This workshop is part of a series. Register for workshops 1, 3 and 4 below:

Workshop 1 - Selecting the Right Patient at the Right Time

Workshop 3 - Managing CRS, ICANS, and Infectious Complications

Workshop 4 - Building a Bispecific-Ready Practice

Session Highlights

  • Implement standardized step-up dosing protocols and product-specific premedication schedules across intravenous and subcutaneous bispecific antibody therapies.
  • Evaluate patient and caregiver readiness using practical operational checklists (e.g., proximity to care facilities, monitoring equipment, social determinants of health).
  • Design robust outpatient administration workflows that integrate same-day infusion monitoring and defined care transitions.
  • Navigate practical pharmacy and financial logistics, including prior authorizations and required stocking of supportive medications like tocilizumab.
  • Analyze interactive clinical scenarios to solve real-world operational bottlenecks encountered during outpatient treatment initiation.
