Description

This activity is supported by an independent education grant from Genmab. This online education program has been designed solely for healthcare professionals in the USA. The information in this program is not suitable for any other country.

Join leading expert Dr. Joshua Brody for this accredited virtual workshop. This small-group, performance-focused workshop provides a case-based exploration of patient identification, treatment selection, and sequencing considerations for patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (FL). Participants will engage in faculty-led case discussions, real-time polling, and decision-making exercises to evaluate referral pathways, assess patient and disease characteristics, and determine the optimal positioning of bispecific antibodies relative to CAR T-cell therapy and other emerging targeted treatment options in realistic community oncology settings.

This workshop is part of a series. Register for workshops 2, 3 and 4 below:

Workshop 2 - From Prescription to First Dose

Workshop 3 - Managing CRS, ICANS, and Infectious Complications

Workshop 4 - Building a Bispecific-Ready Practice

Session Highlights

  • Apply evidence-based criteria to evaluate patient fitness, disease kinetics, and prior treatment responses when selecting second-line and subsequent therapies for R/R DLBCL and FL.
  • Navigate complex clinical decision-making regarding CAR T-cell therapy referral versus community-based bispecific antibody initiation for vulnerable or logistically constrained patients.
  • Differentiate the mechanisms of action, valencies, and structural characteristics of approved and investigational CD20xCD3 bispecific antibodies.
  • Work through interactive real-world case scenarios requiring real-time patient identification and sequencing choices at critical clinical transition points.
  • Formulate evidence-based clinical strategies that balance potential treatment toxicities, long-term therapeutic goals, and individual patient preferences.

Learning objectives

  1. Apply evidence-based approaches to patient identification, treatment selection, and treatment sequencing for patients with R/R DLBCL and R/R FL.
  2. Implement standardized treatment initiation pathways, including step-up dosing protocols and outpatient administration strategies where appropriate.
  3. Use evidence-based management strategies to recognise, grade, and manage CRS, ICANS, and infectious complications associated with bispecific antibody therapy.
  4. Develop multidisciplinary workflows and operational strategies that support sustainable community-based delivery of bispecific antibody therapy.
