Description

This activity is supported by an independent education grant from Genmab. This online education program has been designed solely for healthcare professionals in the USA. The information in this program is not suitable for any other country.

Join leading experts Dr. Joshua Brody, Dr. Tara Graff, Dr. Paolo Strati and Dr. Kirollos Hanna for this accredited virtual webinar. This is a 90-minute live-virtual, faculty-led summit designed to address the real-world operational and clinical challenges of integrating bispecific antibodies into community oncology practice for relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (R/R FL). Moving beyond clinical efficacy data, this case-based program emphasizes practical decision-making, multidisciplinary workflows, and implementation strategies to help community practices build sustainable, bispecific-ready care models.

Participants will evaluate appropriate patient selection criteria and treatment sequencing—including positioning bispecific therapies relative to CAR-T and other emerging options—while mastering operational protocols for step-up dosing, monitoring, and outpatient administration. Through interactive case discussions and live decision-point polling, attendees will also gain evidence-based strategies to recognize, grade, and manage adverse events such as cytokine release syndrome (CRS), ICANS, and infectious complications.

Session Highlights

  • Patient Selection & Sequencing: Identify optimal candidates for bispecific antibody therapy and establish strategic treatment positioning relative to CAR-T and other emerging therapies in R/R DLBCL and R/R FL.
  • Operational & Dosing Protocols: Establish step-up dosing pathways, monitoring requirements, and outpatient administration protocols to support smooth community implementation.
  • Toxicity Mitigation: Master recognition, grading, escalation, and management strategies for key complications, including CRS, ICANS, and severe infections.
  • Bispecific-Ready Workflows: Assess practice readiness and implement multidisciplinary care models optimized for the community oncology setting.

Faculty

Dr. Joshua Brody, MD, is the Director of the Lymphoma Immunotherapy Program at the Mount Sinai Tisch Cancer Center and a faculty member of the Icahn Genomics Institute. He directs a translational Cancer Immunotherapy Lab investigating basic and applied tumor immunology across lymphomas, breast, and head/neck cancers, with research published in top-tier journals such as Nature Medicine and Cancer Discovery. Dr. Brody pioneered in situ therapeutic vaccination to induce systemic anti-tumor immunity, developed strategies combining immunotherapy with stem cell transplantation for treatment-resistant lymphomas, and identified novel approaches to prevent tumor resistance to CAR-T and bispecific antibody therapies. Supported by the NIH, the Cancer Research Institute, and the Lymphoma Research Foundation, his practice integrates cutting-edge translational science with a patient-centered approach to care.

Dr. Tara Graff is the Director of Clinical Research at Mission Cancer and Blood in Des Moines, Iowa, where she established an outpatient bispecific antibody program and helped develop a joint clinical trial program with the University of Iowa. She earned her Master’s degree in T-cell Immunology from Loyola University Chicago and completed her Hematology/Oncology fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Specializing in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), Dr. Graff serves as Principal Investigator on numerous clinical trials and holds national leadership roles with organizations including the Lymphoma Research Foundation and the CIBMTR Lymphoma Working Committee. She also actively collaborates with Blood Cancer United (formerly Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) to train community oncologists on CAR-T and bispecific therapies while expanding access to advanced cancer education for rural patient populations.

Dr. Paolo Strati, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Lymphoma/Myeloma and Translational Molecular Pathology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, where he also serves as Co-Chair of the Scientific Review Committee for the Division of Clinical Research. He earned his medical degree from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan, followed by internal medicine residency training at the Mayo Clinic and hematology-oncology fellowships at MD Anderson. Specializing in indolent B-cell lymphomas and cellular immunotherapies, Dr. Strati leads clinical and translational research focused on novel immune cell therapies, CAR-T cell approaches, and tumor microenvironment targeted strategies. A decorated investigator supported by the NIH and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, he serves on editorial boards for leading journals—including Blood and Blood Advances—and actively contributes to national working groups within ASTCT, ASCO, and CIBMTR.

Dr. Kirollos Hanna, PharmD, BCOP, BCPS, is the Director of Pharmacy at Minnesota Oncology and an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. Board-certified in oncology pharmacy and pharmacotherapy, he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M University, followed by a general residency at St. Thomas Hospital and a specialized oncology residency at St. Luke’s Mountain States Tumor Institute. His research interests center on B-cell malignancies and genitourinary cancers. A recognized Fellow of both the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC) and the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology/Oncology (APSHO), Dr. Hanna serves on the Board of Directors for the National Community Oncology Dispensing Association (NCODA) and as an Associate Editor for the Journal of the Advanced Practitioner in Oncology (JADPRO).
