Description

This activity is supported by an independent education grant from Genmab. This online education program has been designed for healthcare professionals in the USA. The information in this program is not suitable for any other country.

Join expert Joshua Brody, MD, as he explores the rapidly evolving treatment landscape for relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (FL). This session examines key clinical and logistical factors influencing treatment selection, compares the utility of bispecific antibodies with CAR-T and autologous transplant, and outlines approved and investigational CD20×CD3 bispecific agents.

This is Module One of Four. Modules Two, Three, and Four can be found here.

Session Highlights

  • Navigating Clinical Complexity: Evaluating relapse kinetics, prior lines of therapy, comorbidities, and patient fitness to guide personalized therapy selection in R/R B-cell lymphomas.
  • Comparing Cellular and Targeted Approaches: Weighing the distinct advantages, limitations, and logistical considerations of autologous transplant, CAR-T cell therapy, and bispecific antibodies.
  • CD20×CD3 Mechanism of Action: Understanding how dual-affinity molecular designs bridge cytotoxic T-cells to malignant B-cells, triggering targeted antineoplastic activity.
  • Bispecific Antibody Class Overview: Reviewing indications, dosing routes (IV vs. SC), and structural differences across glofitamab, epcoritamab, mosunetuzumab, and odronextamab.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for community-based healthcare professionals involved in the management and delivery of care for patients with R/R DLBCL and R/R FL, including community oncologists, community hematologists and hematology-oncologists, advanced practice providers (APPs), nurse practitioners, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary care team members involved in treatment delivery and monitoring.

Faculty

Joshua Brody, MD - Director of the Lymphoma Immunotherapy Program at the Mount Sinai Tisch Cancer Center in New York City. Since joining Mount Sinai in 2011, he has developed a robust clinical program, as well as a translational Cancer Immunotherapy Lab which investigates basic and applied tumor immunology for the development of novel therapies, particularly for lymphomas, breast cancer, and head/neck cancer with results published in top-tier journals, including Nature Medicine and Cancer Discovery.
